How we work with you
What does an engagement actually look like from your side? This page describes the experience, not the internal system. For how Crucible works internally, see the Crucible page.
Engagement timeline
Intake and Diagnostic
We assess your technology, team, and market context against Crucible's gate criteria. You receive a written assessment with a clear proceed/decline decision and detailed rationale.
First Crucible Sprint
We run the first two-week cycle: customer discovery, product scoping, and capital readiness assessment run in parallel. You receive sprint deliverables including research synthesis and initial positioning.
Steering Review
We present gate status, sprint results, and recommendations. You make directional decisions. We adjust the next sprint based on your input and market signal.
Continued Sprints
Continued sprints with AI capacity deployment, capital milestones, and expansion planning as appropriate to stage. Each sprint has clear deliverables and review criteria.
